A great room with a view of the valley, private bathrooms, and a nice balcony. the hotel is located right in the middle of the mountains 🌄.

Thank you everyone for a real good stay on a business trip. The location was nice and lovely for exploring this excellent area, adjacent to Fariyas Lonavala, Lonavla for an extra night during the recent flooding and the Lonavala market and town centre. Also, staying within 15 minutes’ walk from Seattle Aquarium was wonderful.

Friendly customer service that try to accommodates our needs during our stay.
We reached late to the hotel from a Aurangabad (a long 7 hours drive), around 10:30 pm, with my two 60 years old parents expecting to relax and have our dinner and drinks. Unfortunately all restaurant/ pubs closed at 11:00PM. By the time we checked in, we hardly have time to clean ourselves and was rushing to restaurant order our food. And we have to order everything in advance because the kitchen was closing. We can't have buffet in such rush.

Good service from staff
Rooms are not well maintained and not what I would expect from a five star tacility. Fusion restaurant had limited menu and food quality was average.

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a new area, near to creative activities like art and craft, painting, or the play zone. the breakfast offered was particularly good and delicious with beautiful nature's view and a scrumptious spread. the location was marvelous and awesome for our weekend.

The location n view is really nice
Its not a 5 star hotel which they claim.. Merely a old 3 Star hotel with 15 year old interiors and worne out equipment. Went to the taveren bar and the place was stinking. The bar man switched onn the air conditioning after 20 mins of us getting inn.. Reason was it becomes too cold. The carrom we went to play onn was damp and no one to attend to our complaint. The inroom dining menu is all crap and needs to be re designed. The fusion restaurant serves good food but again lacks the class and does not live up to the standard which it demands in the cheque. Overall the amount we paid for our stay was absolutley not worth what we got in fariyas. Will not recommend and neither go again ..

It was a great experience in staying with the hotel. The hotel is nicely minted. I must say great job.
Need to have more people on the reception, as it takes long time to wait for bills, and check inn.

The resort has recently been refurbished. the staff at the reception desk is well-organized and responsive. the rooms are a nice size and well-appointed, with a lovely view. Tea and games are provided. the location is quiet, just 3 km from an art museum.

The buffet spread was good and excellent preparation.
The check in was very slow, had 2 ask for a welcome drink and lastly inspite of complainin about the a\c not working nobody bothered 2 attend on the same.

I liked te idea of having many indoor games for children and adults but most of their games were not functioning properly and the capacity of the place is not enough to hold multiple crowd
The resort looked very beautiful on the website but in real it doesnt look like a five star resort, comparing the resort with the prices they charge for food are way too steep. Also, the maintainence of the resort is not so good and the buffet was also not so impressive which was expected from a five star resort.
